Terms and Conditions of Use

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Keevent platform, published by Keevent SARLU, a Single-Member Limited Liability Company registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCCM) under number GN.TCC.2025.B.10741, with its registered office located at Kipé Dadia, Ratoma, Conakry, Guinea.

By accessing the platform, any user agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please stop using the platform immediately.

By accessing the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not access the platform.

Keevent may update these Terms. The applicable version and date appear on this page. Updates do not retroactively rewrite an existing order or agreement. Where the law or the relevant workflow requires specific notice or acceptance, this must be obtained before the new terms apply. Sponsorship special terms have their own acceptance and versioning mechanism.

It is recommended to regularly consult this page to stay informed of changes.

Available payment methods depend on the country, currency, service and provider eligibility requirements. The options actually available are those displayed at checkout. Keevent retains transaction references and statuses needed for tracking; card details entered in the Stripe checkout are processed by Stripe, without Keevent storing full card numbers or security codes.

A redirect to a success page alone does not confirm payment. Confirmation depends on the status received and verified with the payment provider; a pending or failed transaction is not a paid order. Any deferred payment deadlines and conditions are those displayed by the provider when that option is selected.

Cancellation and refunds: the organizer is responsible for the event and must present its conditions before ordering. Questions about cancellation, postponement, an unperformed service or a disputed payment may be sent to [email protected] with the transaction reference. Refunds depend on applicable rights, the circumstances and payment provider processing; no universal bank processing time or automatic refund of every order is guaranteed. Organizer conditions cannot override mandatory consumer rights.

The price, currency, applicable service and payment fees and their allocation between buyer and organizer or provider must be displayed before confirmation. Rates may vary by country, currency and service; ticketing, donations, voting and services do not necessarily share one rate. Any currency conversion fees charged by the user's bank are separate. Sponsorship has its own special financial terms.

For leisure services supplied on a specified date or period and governed by French consumer law, the fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code. This exception does not remove applicable rights in the event of cancellation or non-performance and does not automatically extend to all platform services.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All elements of the platform, including but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, source code, and design, are the exclusive property of Keevent SARLU or its authorized partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users retain rights to their content. They grant Keevent a non-exclusive authorization to host, technically reproduce and display it in the spaces and to audiences corresponding to publication settings, to provide the service. Users must hold the necessary copyright, image permissions and music rights. Advertising reuse independent of service operation requires appropriate authorization. Deletion is subject to legal obligations, backups and retention of evidence needed for a dispute.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and governed by applicable legislation, including the GDPR where applicable. Depending on the service, necessary data may be shared with the organizer, service provider, Kyllis for managing Stripe payments, and technical and payment providers. Stripe may request connected account verification documents. The allocation of responsibilities, purposes, recipients, retention periods and international transfers must be specified in the applicable privacy information; these Terms are not blanket consent to all processing.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies strictly necessary for the service are distinguished from optional trackers. Trackers requiring consent need prior agreement that can be refused and withdrawn as easily as it is given. Continued browsing does not constitute consent. Browser settings may supplement tracker controls but do not replace choices required on the platform. Consult the cookie policy.

Keevent SARLU reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account without notice if:

Users may request deletion of their account at any time through their profile settings. Keevent SARLU will retain necessary data to comply with legal and tax obligations.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Platform services supplied by Keevent SARLU are subject to the law applicable to that company in Guinea; Kyllis's involvement in Stripe payments is subject to the rules applicable to its activity in France. This allocation does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections, including in their country of residence where the legal requirements are met. Complaints may be sent to [email protected], identifying the relevant event and transaction.

If no amicable resolution is reached, jurisdiction is determined by the rules applicable to the dispute, including consumer protection rules. No exclusive jurisdiction of Paris or Conakry is imposed on consumers contrary to those rules. Where consumer mediation applies, it is available under its legal conditions without removing the right to bring court proceedings.

13. Provider Marketplace

The Keevent platform includes a marketplace allowing event service providers to offer their services to organizers. The following provisions apply specifically to this service.

14. Community and user content

Posts, photos, videos, stories, comments and messages must respect copyright, image rights, privacy and conduct rules. Do not publish sensitive information or third-party content without the required rights. Visibility depends on settings and access rights; content visible to others may be copied by them. A limited story display period does not guarantee immediate disappearance of every copy or backup.

Users may report content or behavior through available tools or [email protected], providing information needed to locate it. Keevent may restrict or remove content and limit accounts for violations, taking account of severity, legal duties and applicable review options. A report does not automatically cause removal; legal obligations to handle reports remain applicable.

15. Voting and donations

Voting rules, periods, any per-account limits and whether voting is free or paid are those announced for the event. Automated voting, multiple votes contrary to those rules and fraud are prohibited. Paid votes are validated only after payment confirmation; an attempt or pending payment does not guarantee counting. The organizer remains responsible for the rules and presentation of results; purchasing votes guarantees no ranking or reward.

Before donating, check the beneficiary, fundraising purpose, amount, currency and displayed fees. The organizer is responsible for its fundraiser information and the stated use of funds. A donation is not an admission ticket unless expressly stated. Keevent guarantees neither fundraising targets nor tax relief eligibility and does not promise a tax receipt. Applicable rights and announced conditions govern refund requests.

16. Sponsorship and partnerships

Sponsors and organizers are subject to the sponsorship special terms, which require explicit acceptance in this workflow. Creating a profile does not guarantee approval, restricted dossier access, application acceptance or a partnership. Respect the confidentiality of restricted dossiers and conversations and use that information only to assess and manage the relevant partnership.

Profiles, invitations, applications, conversations and proposals help prepare partnerships. Downloading a dossier, applying or accepting the general terms does not by itself constitute a signed contract or collection authorization. Sponsorship payments and payouts are not enabled in the current workflow. The 10% commission and intended 70% then 30% split of organizer net proceeds describe the special terms model, not an already available financial service. Agreement terms and financial functionality must be specified before payment.

17. Live streaming, applications and technical access

Live stream organizers must hold permissions for footage, people filmed, works and music broadcast. Access conditions depend on the event and enabled service. Quality may depend on networks and equipment; permanent availability is not guaranteed, without prejudice to rights relating to a paid service that is not supplied.

Job applications and CVs must contain relevant, accurate information submitted for the recruitment concerned. Submission guarantees neither an interview nor employment. Forms and technical integrations must respect individuals' rights and service access limits. Credentials, API keys and tokens must remain confidential; using them to extract unauthorized data or disrupt the service is prohibited.
