Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Keevent platform, published by Keevent SARLU, a Single-Member Limited Liability Company registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCCM) under number GN.TCC.2025.B.10741, with its registered office located at Kipé Dadia, Ratoma, Conakry, Guinea.
By accessing the platform, any user agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Object and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the Keevent platform, including all its services, features, content, and online tools, operated by Keevent SARLU, registered with the RCCM under number GN.TCC.2025.B.10741.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
By accessing the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not access the platform.
Keevent SARLU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to users by email or visible notification upon next login. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance.
It is recommended to regularly consult this page to stay informed of changes.
3. Services Offered
The Keevent platform offers the following services:
• Creation, publication, and management of online or in-person events
• Distribution and sale of electronic tickets
• Management of reservations and participants
• Notification and communication services
• Analytics and reporting tools for organizers
• Payment services through secure third-party providers
4. Account Creation and User Responsibility
To access certain platform services, you must create a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and password
• Immediately notify Keevent of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be fully responsible for all activities performed through your account
Keevent cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your account if you have not taken appropriate security measures.
5. User Obligations and Restrictions
By using the platform, you agree to:
Compliance with Law
Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, competition, and intellectual property laws.
Appropriate Content
Not publish, upload, or transmit illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive content, or content violating third-party rights.
Platform Security
Not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's operation, including through injection of malicious code.
Authorized Use
Use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorized by Keevent.
6. Financial Conditions and Payment
Payment for tickets and services is made through authorized and secure third-party providers (Stripe, Orange Money, Moov Africa, etc.). Keevent SARLU does not store any banking data directly.
Refund Conditions: Ticket refund conditions are defined by each event organizer and must be clearly displayed at the time of booking. In case of event cancellation required by law, Keevent SARLU will organize refunds in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Keevent SARLU charges a commission on each transaction, the rate of which is communicated before payment confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All elements of the platform, including but not limited to: texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, source code, and design, are the exclusive property of Keevent SARLU or its authorized partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are not authorized to reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any element of the platform without prior written authorization from Keevent SARLU. Users retain ownership of the content they create, but grant Keevent the right to use this content for platform operation and promotion purposes.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
Keevent SARLU collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and its Privacy Policy available on the platform.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification or update
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to restriction of processing

10. Liability and Limitation of Liability
Keevent SARLU acts as a technical intermediary between event organizers and participants. In this capacity:
Liability Limitations
Keevent SARLU cannot be held responsible for disputes, disagreements, or claims between organizers and participants, nor for direct or indirect damages caused by use of the platform.
Service Availability
Although we make all reasonable efforts, the platform is provided "as is" and Keevent SARLU does not guarantee continuous availability. Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure are not its responsibility.
Limited Warranty
Keevent SARLU's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the value of commissions received from you in the previous 12 months.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
Keevent SARLU reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account without notice if:
• The user violates these Terms
• The user engages in fraudulent or illegal activities
• The user violates third-party rights
• The user compromises platform security
Users may request deletion of their account at any time through their profile settings. Keevent SARLU will retain necessary data to comply with legal and tax obligations.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law and applicable legislation in Guinea. In case of dispute, the parties first commit to seeking an amicable resolution.
Failing that, any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris for disputes in Europe, and the competent courts of Conakry, Guinea, for disputes in Africa, in accordance with applicable law provisions.
